Maximilian Wessner, Laboratory of Thermodynamics at the Department of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund
Maximilian Wessner studied Biochemical Engineering at TU Dortmund University and received his Master of Science degree in December 2017. Following, he started his doctorate at the Laboratory of Thermodynamics at the Department of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund University (probably finished in the first quarter of 2021) dealing with the downstream processing of biomolecules such as industrial relevant enzymes using aqueous two-phase extraction. Since beginning of 2021, he works as postdoc at the Laboratory of Thermodynamics at TU Dortmund University. The focus of his research is downstream processing of small molecules such as active pharmaceutical ingredients and biomolecules using advanced separation approaches.
